Rue the day...
Every time I pass this store in the Lexington Fayette Mall complex, I think of Real Genius where the guy says, "You'll rue the day you crossed me!" and Val Kilmer answers back, "Rue the day? Who talks like that?"
I can't help but wonder why the owner of this store would plant seeds of bitterness in its name. Before the customers even walk in the door, they're confronted with the implicit message that they may regret it in days to come.

Aviation Museum
One of our favorite places in Lexington, the Lexington Aviation Museum has a sizable collection of aircraft, and the kids can play in them.

The Pub, Lexington
One of our favorite places to eat in Lexington, The Pub offers traditional British cuisine, imported and domestic ales and ciders, and an attractive atmosphere, though sometimes it gets a tad on the noisy side. We like the fact that we can go there now and there are at least a couple of servers who know where we want to sit, what we want to drink, and what we'll probably order to eat.
