They're trying to tell us something here... if only they would just come out and SAY it.
There was a pretty good drop off just the other side of that railing. I have to assume, from the number of stop signs in this particular spot, that they've had problems with people thinking the signs were just a suggestion.

That is funny! I wonder if they have four signs down the length of the embankment saying, "You" "Should" "Have" "Listened"? ;)
